Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes in their original dust bags and box, ensuring they are packed securely within a separate shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the condition of the shoes, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
